Our Approach

Home / Our Approach

We like to get to the heart of things quickly, applying practicality, transparency and sensitivity to the issue(s) at hand. Our knowledge of the law is a given, our experience, substantial.

We see little value in writing lengthy letters or providing extended opinions unless there is good reason to do so. You approach us because you have a problem, in which case our job is to help you find the best solution, or because you require advice in running your business, in which case we will define with you the outcome you want and then assist in its attainment.

Our approach is built around ensuring that clear, joint objectives are satisfyingly achieved.

Brymer Legal is, in most respects, a “virtual law firm”. Essentially, this is a law firm that does not carry traditional, fixed overheads but rather moulds resource around client needs.

We aim to make best use of quality thinking and internet technology to enable us to give clients best advice at a reasonable cost.

Rather than employing them on fixed salaries, a virtual law firm works with lawyers who operate independently and are engaged for a specific project or client matter. For many years, clients of traditional law firms have aired concerns about ever increasing costs and the use of hourly billing.

The virtual law firm deals with these points. The relationship between lawyer and client is based on, amongst other things trust, reputation, dedication and expertise. These qualities do not depend on fixed overheads and are so often over-looked.

The relationship between lawyers who work together depends on similar considerations – mutual respect, ability, quality – as well as a commitment to a common purpose and values. It is the relationship with the client that is at the centre of what we do.

When people talk, listen completely. Most people never listen.
– Ernest Hemingway
