Iain Hutcheson

Iain Hutcheson qualified as a solicitor in 1988, and became partner in Thorntons WS in 1997, where he remained until May 2011 before joining Brymer Legal Limited.

Iain is one of the most experienced corporate lawyers working in Tayside, with more than twenty years’ experience. Advising a broad client base on a range of corporate matters including business and corporate acquisitions, disposals, and reorganisations, corporate finance and security work, director/shareholder disputes, company formation and secretarial advice, shareholders agreements and articles of association, and partnership law. Iain also advises on the law as it affects charities.
